We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator able to organise, coordinate, and follow-up key clients Telecom Infrastructure projects using technically advanced Radio Frequency and Fibre Optic technologies in confined areas.

Your role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within the budget and produce the desired results. You will oversee all aspects of multiple projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of the projects including the preparation of reports for the upper management regarding the status of the projects. In other words, you will be the leader for everything related to the project organization and timeline.

Based in Nivelles (Walloon Brabant), you travel on the project sites or on client premises,
mainly in Europe.

You are an excellent communicator, and you are comfortable in managing multiple tasks and coordinate multiple projects. You also need to be a team player and have a problem- solving aptitude. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure the project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

Key Qualifications

• Great educational background (M. Sc.), preferably in the fields of telecommunications or engineering.
• Proven working experience (min 5 years) in Telecom Infrastructure projects.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Radio Frequency and Fibre Optic technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Managing and motivating people.
• Innovating, adapting, and responding to change.
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch. Other language should be appreciated.
• Able to travel, mainly in Europe.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
