Are you flexible, driven and have a vision to start from a broad question and come to practical proposals, finding your own way to the information needed and piecing it into the larger picture?
Then, this opportunity is for you! My client, one of the largest bank in Belgium, is now looking for a Program Manager to join their team.
Analytic skills are important, but you will sometimes also need to challenge directorates as, typically, not all of them are change-minded. This job includes the realisation and implementation of projects and the follow-up of metrics.
You will have to coach and support the project leaders in the directorates or projects that you work with and show empathy to overcome resistance against change. An excellent communication and a high level reporting to the top management will be part of the games as well.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (PG, PM, etc).
- You have already delivered two large projects
- Process Improvement
- Testing hypothesis against evidence
- Knowledge in credits, asset management, regulatory aspects (COREP, FinRep, etc) are a significant asset
