Your key responsibilities:

Your primary activity will be to develop a complete solution in Power BI, which would consist in reports making use of your extensive knowledge & experience to deliver insights to users in a UX-friendly way.

• Providing solutions, but also optimising them where possible
• Collect and translate business requirements in terms of analytic to lean reports and have a willingness to share your knowledge with colleagues
• Align data from different sources
• Creating a data structure for the Strategic Workforce Planning
• Create an integrated dashboard that provides regular reporting on workforce data, KPI,…

Skills and competences:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master degree with minimal 2 years of relevant work experience;
• You have a hands-on Back-end development experience in Business Intelligence projects
• You possess excellent Power BI skills with the Dax Languages
• You are curious and pragmatic
• You can adapt yourself quickly and understand an organisation and activities.
• Fluent or professional English skills required
