The Young Graduate Program at NTT combines a permanent job with a training program that aims at developing the skills of Young Grads.

You’ll start your program with a ton of interesting courses, to already upskill your knowledge but also to find out what your cup of tea is and to learn where your strengths lie. You will shadow experienced engineers to gain practical experience. Your buddy will coach you to take gradually projects to work on independently.

Not only will you be working alongside experts, you’ll also get a chance to tackle numerous challenges in an ambitious, hi-tech and data-driven working environment.

We are currently looking for Engineers within our Technical Services department to support the business in achieving its objectives.

As a beginning Engineer in one of our expert fields, you will participate in the installation and integration projects for our customers situated in different sectors.

Our expert fields are:

-      Network & Data Center technologies

-      Automation & Software-defined Networking

-      Security Infrastructure & Ethical Hacking

What about you?

·      You have at least a Bachelor degree in IT

·      Enthusiastic and motivated

·      Open-minded

·      Flexible mindset

·      Open to learn new technologies

·      Good communication skills in Dutch or French, and English

·      Ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
