• You will assist our client to evolve toward a Node.js ecosystem, aiming to build well documented APIs, well tested code.
• You will assist in the migration to a Business Service-oriented, API and Event-driven, AWS cloud-hosted, Microservice-based platform;
• You will have the chance to come in and help our client build new products in a small, friendly agile team which values proposition, but also collaborating with colleagues from other departments and entities.

Profile

• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in development using modern stacks/frameworks/technologies;
• You have good knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js
• You have experience with object-oriented and MVC design patterns, and with API design;
• You have experience with AWS, and you are familiar with micro services and/or distributed systems;
• You have good knowledge of testing practices;
• You are excited about working on a passionate, talented multi-cultural Agile team;
• You don't mind helping out on other areas of the stack if necessary;
• You are comfortable in an environment where projects are time-sensitive;
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
