Within the S/4HANA Finance Team, we have opportunities in the areas below:

S/4HANA Finance Architect - Management and delivery of architecture and road maps on large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes across the Finance landscape

S/4HANA Finance on Premise - Design and build of the core Finance solution looking for particular skillsets in CO and management reporting

Central Finance - Experience of delivering central finance S/4HANA projects, covering design, configuration and delivery

S/4HANA Cloud (Essentials/Extended) - Design and build of core finance functionality, along with a strong understanding of the implementation methodology, SAP Best Practice, cloud architecture and key functional differentiators from on premise solutions in either Essentials or Extended versions of S/4HANA Cloud.

Your role

Your role will involve:

• Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes – specialising in S/4HANA Finance including central finance
• Develop and manage implementation plans that maximise the potential of SAP technology whilst minimising implementation risk
• Facilitate high level and detailed design workshops for your functional area; collecting business requirements and mapping out business processes
• Designing end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies
• Leading teams of consultants to deliver high quality S/4HANA Finance solutions
• Lead client workshops covering a range of topics including; process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in your chosen area of SAP Finance
• Configure S/4HANA in your chosen module to meet client requirements, and documenting functional specifications where a development object is requires
• Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development

To be successful in this role you are required to:

• Demonstrable experience of delivering S/4HANA, and/or central finance, as part of a transformation programme
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices with a background in Finance
• Knowledge of SAP innovations, SME input and best practice business process in your chosen area of Finance
• Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) whether this is with client stakeholders or remote development teams
• Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design
• Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery
