To keep moving towards a more efficient and digital collaboration with brokers, clients and partners, Baloise is optimising its processes, opting for digitisation and automation wherever possible. To this end, the insurer is currently looking for a Low Code Developer to contribute to the digital process automation roadmap. Baloise uses low-code platform Appian to enable process automation, and will also increasingly focus on the transition to DevOps.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with a test-driven development mindset, who can build the bridge between business analysis and design and development. Translating business requirements into technical requirement and working out prototypes are key responsibilities. Can you collaborate smoothly with external parties, both on-site and offshore? Then you’re the talent we’re looking for!

 These Requirements aren't a must however it does help:

• you have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in ICT or a few years of relevant experience
• Experience with low-code platform Appian
• Interest in process automation and working in an Agile environment
• Communicative and hands-on personality
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Knowledge of an object-oriented language (SOAP, REST, SQL) is a plus
