We are looking for an experienced, result driven and collaborative Product Owner Lead for Cloud and Security, in our Tribe "Enterprise Solutions and Platforms (ESP)". A unique opportunity in Belgium, going beyond just tweaking a GTM strategy; indeed the Lead for Cloud & Security will be responsible to define your strategy, its operationalization and customer adoption.

The Lead is also accountable for maximizing the future and current customer value creation by defining, developing and prioritizing the deliverables and enablers of his/her squad's backlog to reach the tribe objectives.

As the Lead, you will be responsible for developing the security and the cloud portfolio through following services:

• Security services: Develop a single security service catalogue across the different affiliates and across the Benelux.
• Hybrid cloud: Develop and implement the Benelux strategy for Hybrid Cloud, providing professional customers with a digital experience.
• Secure public cloud: Develop and implement the secure public cloud partnership with HCL across the Benelux providing professional customers with a complete public cloud offering across different providers such as MSFT, AWS & Google.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop the vision on the owned products and synchronize it with Tribe Leads and other relevant Product Owners.
• Scope MVP considering existing resource constraints and sustained development of product.
• Maximize value of the product/service through its development & implementation.
• Maintain the expected quality level through the entire process based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that risks and compliance aspects are identified and managed.
• Own the full P&L of the delivered products and services.
• Create an atmosphere of confidence & trust to stimulate experimentation, learning & motivation in reaching the objectives.
• Be one of the living & public figures representing Proximus Cybersecurity & Cloud ambitions on the ICT market.

• You achieved a Mater degree in a technological or business specialization or equivalent by experience.
• You acquired at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• You have a very strong technical/market knowledge in Security (primary focus) as well as in Cloud to support our mission.

• You have a strong business acumen.
• You are stress resistant and you have a growth mindset.
