We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the fix connectivity cluster within Enterprise Solutions & Platform tribe. The challenge & richness of this function is to work on the future evolution of customer digitalization and smart networking. You will be responsible to define the best way to answer customer needs with a 360 view in term of solution development, partnership, value proposal,..

Purpose of the job:

  • Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, development & value proposal of the LAN / WLAN / SDLAN & managed services solutions.
    • Understand the solutions and be able to identify related customer needs
    • Create long term & short-term strategy and roadmap to answer customer needs
    • Translate customer needs in Stories
    • Prioritize the team Backlog to streamline the execution of priorities
  • Responsible for the solution profit & loss
    • Create in depth analysis of sales figures (gross gains / churn) to identify potential issues & opportunities
    • Follow up financial performances and take the corrective actions when needed (with product managers, marketing & sales)
  • Responsible of the partner relationship
    • Portfolio evolution
    • Pricing & contract negotiation
  • Responsible for the end-to-end (digital) customer experience
    • Follow up customer experience satisfaction and take corrective measures where relevant with the supporting teams
    • Identification & prioritization of solution specific digital requirements


  • You have a minimum of three years experience in a similar function within the Telecom/IT sector
  • Strong profile and experience in networking/IT
  • You have good communication and presentation skills
  • You are trilingual: Dutch, French, English
  • You are customer oriented
  • You are driven for results
  • You have a combination of analytical & communicative skills
  • You are able to effectively set goals and priorities
