Who are we looking for?

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be liaising with different Business Unit Leaders and Skill Center Managers to determine recruitment needs
  • You will take the lead in all recruitment activities related to your open roles
  • You love sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, use of headhunters and career fairs
  • You will develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep yourself informed of advancements in the field.
  • You are responsible for recruitment from A to Z, incl. Contract proposals and hiring the candidates
  • You will actively participate in Campus recruitment, optimizing the referral process, implementing employer branding campaigns and testing out new tools and best practices in order to improve our recruitment strategy.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals with a common goal to share best practices and to bring our profession at a higher level.


Your Profile:

  • A first experience within (IT) recruitment is a big plus
  • Able to collaborate with internal departments and develop hiring strategies
  • Knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants
  • Able to make candidates enthusiastic and to present them to the business in a consultative manner
  • Energetic, driven and a real team player
  • Proactive, open and communicative with a creative mindset
  • Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch or French
