Job Description

To enforce our teams, we are looking for a Junior Business Consultant who wants to evolve within EASI.

At first, you will follow a training, custom made and that takes into account your IT and Business knowledge, whether it is advanced or not. Then you will learn how our applications work, but also for what they serve : Adfinity, SmartShare, SmartSales, ...

EASI therefore invests a significant part in your technical and functional training. Depending on how your training progresses, you will act more as a consultant and go to the customers, accompanied by a Senior Consultant or Project Manager.

After a period of integration and learning :

• You participate in the implementation of our applications with our customers
• You analyze and evaluate the specific needs of the customer
• You participate in the development (completely or partly) of these needs
• You adjust the parameters of the tool so that it perfectly matches the needs of the customer
• You manage your planning independently and take over a portfolio of some 15 customers
• You build a good customer relationship, based on your professional advice
• You help a Project Manager with the project's follow-up

In term and depending on your capabilities, you can direct your career towards a more functional or technical area. The focus during your training will later help determine whether you have an Expert or rather a Project Managers profile.

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree, you are dynamic and have a passion for information technology
• You have interest for IT or Business
• You are communicative, pro-active, customer oriented and have a positive team spirit
• You speak fluently French or Dutch
