NTT DATA is looking for an IT Team Leader to join our team in Brussels, to develop a long term IT career in a context of business growth in applications management.
The Project and Service Management processes are based on ITIL best practices, Agile principles and Project Management (PMP/Prince2).
YOUR ROLE:
Responsible of the qualitative setup of NTT DATA services by:
- Defining team organization and composition
- Defining and enforcing working processes and procedures
Responsible of the qualitative delivery of NTT DATA services by:
- Managing and controlling maintenance and support activities
- Respecting agreed milestones and quality gates
- Planning and animating regular and ad hoc client meetings
- Ensuring smooth collaboration with other parties
Responsible of the quantitative delivery of NTT DATA services by:
- Managing the service scope and service windows
- Monitoring and reporting service level agreements and metrics
- Supporting external & internal financial follow-up of services execution
Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively identify project/service improvements and lead the implementation of the approved initiatives.
- Participate to technical offers design, writing and reviews.
YOUR PROFILE:
Education and Experience
- University Degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in Computer Science
- Qualification in project and/or service management (PRINCE2, ITIL 4, …)
- Proven experience in managing Applications development / maintenance activities
- Proven experience in leading / facilitating stakeholders’ meetings and discussions
- Proven experience in people management

Mandatory
- Experience in software development, software testing and software deployment
- Experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- English at C level -French and or Dutch highly appreciated

- Experience with nearshore / offshore teams
