Our client is active in the commercialisation of industry products all around the world.
To still develop their client's network, they are looking for an IT Support Engineer.In a global environment you will be part of an international team that holds service and process responsibility to ensure the local Infrastructure and SAP delivery with quality.

Your Tasks :

• A close interaction with the local staff for any question related to IT ;

-Installation new PC, Cisco phone, mobile phone, warehouse-scanner etc.
-Help with software questions (mainly Excel, Outlook, OneNote, etc.)

• Support IT projects (hardware and software) + organize trainings ;

-New project 2021: electronic invoicing and SAP update for consignment stock.
-DBM

• Create IT profiles of every user ;
• Coordination of the infrastructure, network and system services ;
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules of the system landscape ;

-Map all info in our internal management information system

• Coordinate activities with (local) service providers ;
• Standardize, map and identify opportunities for optimization of business processes.

• You have a degree in informatica (Master or Bachelor) ;
• You have experience in a similar position ;
• You are independent and enthusiast with communicative skills ;
• You have analytical skills and conceptual thinking ;
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken/C1) with good knowledge of Dutch and French ;
• Besides hardware, you are also experienced in software.
