We have an opportunity for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group team and work on site for one of our Key Customers.


What You'll Do

Working as part of a dynamic team you will provide onsite and remote support at different locations.

Some of the daily activities are:

  • You will be providing 1st or 2nd line user support via ticketing system, email, chat and phone
  • You will analyse incidents, problems & service requests. 
  • You propose solutions and help in implementing them. 
  • You will be responsible for escalation and follow up
  • This is a challenging position for candidates with the capabilities to learn quickly and enhance their technical and personal skills to the high level required

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in a Service desk or Support environment role
  • Good knowledge of the most used IT tools
  • Able to follow up on incidents & to set priorities
  • Flexible & willing to adjust to different client environments and needs
  • Service minded and result-oriented
  • Structured and a fast learner
  • Very good communication skills: Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required

Technical skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and standard Office applications
  • Good knowledge of Desktop and Laptop hardware environments
  • Good knowledge of mobile : OS : IOS, Android
  • Basic Networking/Server administration
