IT Support Engineer – 1st & 2nd line level at Audi

Experis is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the enthusiastic IT team of one of our clients active in the automotive sector.

Our client, Audi, only produces the e-tron in Belgium which is their electrical vehicle with state-of-the art new technology in it. To be able to produce these cars, the production site needs a strong and reliable IT team to take care of their IT incidents. Even though Audi has a huge site in Brussels (Vorst), the team and the company atmosphere can be compared to a family. Everyone knows each other well which makes it a pleasant environment to start your IT career. The entire 1st and 2nd line support teams are a managed service by Experis exclusively. This implies that both  IT Support teams at Audi entirely consists out of our Experis colleagues who are full-time onsite IT consultants at Audi.

For both teams, we are currently recruiting new IT support consultants at Audi.

Reporting to the Team Leader, as 1st (and 2nd line) Support within the service desk, your responsibilities will include:

  • Win 7, Win 10, O365
  • SSCM applications (including Cisco any Connect)
  • Manual installations
  • Web applications
  • Basic network troubleshooting support
  • Chasing incidents and service requests
  • Access management
  • Telephone protocol
  • Logging tickets (assignment groups, KB’s, …, etc.)
  • Preparing hardware to pick up – delivery
  • Staging (Active Directory)
  • Hardware outlet management
  • Stock controlling

Working hours: 40h/week from 7.00 till 15.00 (1st line)

Are we looking for you? Our ideal candidate can be described as:

Degree and experience

  • Followed a comprehensive IT infrastructure training (such as IT support training from VDAB, network engineering training from VDAB, system engineering training from VDAB, IT support training from INTEC, …)
  • For the 1st line IT support position, we are open to candidates who have no experience yet. However, we expect junior candidates to demonstrate a lot of potential, drive, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn/evolve and already gained thorough knowledge through a prior IT training (see above).

Languages:

Fluent in Dutch, French and English is desired. If you can’t speak all languages on fluent level, we can always provide extra language training if you speak 2 languages fluently and one on a medium level.
