Description

The IT Development Manager is responsible for providing an IT development service and continuously driving the improvement of the various IT systems. You are part of an IT department of about 35 people and you will manage a development team of 2 team leaders, 20 developers and 5 nearshore.

Together with your team you are constantly improving processes using the best practice method. Naturally with an eye to efficiency for the future and to achieve project objectives.

Collaborate with various department heads and management team in discussing how the software developed can be improved and enhanced to achieve the project objectives. The Agile Scrum principle is not unknown to you.

Profil

Then you probably have a master's degree and already have experience preferably in a retail environment. Do you have a few years of experience in a similar position? Even better! You are result-oriented and like to take initiative. You have a strong technical background and a great interest in the functioning of our organization. Good language skills are important. And by that we don't only mean Dutch, French or English, but you also have mastered the different programming languages!
