IT and Digital support

Our client is a leading outdoor advertising company that specializes in providing innovative and effective advertising solutions across various platforms and locations.
 

• User support for applications used within the Operations department.
• Analyzing requests and issues related to all our applications and finding appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring the development of applications and conducting testing of new features.
• Acting as a key user for our applications.
• Participating in projects related to the evolution of different systems and digital applications.
• Assisting in documenting IT procedures related to our applications and ensuring compliance.
• Analyzing various data and generating reports in Excel and PowerBI for users.
• Collaborating with the IT department and users internally.
• Maintaining external contacts with suppliers and Clear Channel International (English proficiency required!).
• Willingness to visit field locations to identify and better understand technical problems.
• Reporting to the System Development Operations Manager based in Vilvorde.

Profile

• Ideally, have prior experience in IT (support, helpdesk, systems, project management, development, etc.), but open to quick learners.
• Multilingual skills desired: ability to tell jokes in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong affinity for IT systems and interest in digital advertising is essential.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn are highly valued.
• Joining a team of two, additional support needed; efficiency, flexibility, and multitasking skills required.
• Proficient in deciphering and analyzing data and information.
• Enjoy a fun and collaborative work environment in operations.
