HR Consulting - Associated Manager - French Speaker (M/W/X)

Adessa HR consulting supports organizations to embrace their concerns such as they face to constant waves of new challenges: digitalization, talent retention and attraction, employee experience… We offer answers and build/ set up their new practices through 4 perspectives:

- Design their strategy (Operating model, business case)

- Support them for HRIS decision (master plan, tender call)

- Run the change management (training and communication, global strategy)

- Deep dive in their business context (assessment, business process, HR management).

Adessa is looking for an HR consulting - Associated Manager to onboard in the Adessa HR consulting experience. You are responsible for empowering your team of HR consultants and delivering the support and the HR expertise to our customer from a strategic approach to an operational set up. Hence, you lead several projects in an international context and complexity. Furthermore, you are able to identify and negotiate sales opportunities, and partnerships. 
 

Whom you'll be working with

The team you will be part of, is a mix of talented juniors and experienced consultants in HR consulting. By working together and sharing knowledge we become better as a whole in order to deliver the Adessa HR consulting experience to our customer and to the team. 

 

Who you are

- You master the stakes of the HR business and processes according to your experience.

- You already have a first successful experience in the consulting business and you act pro actively with a deep service-minded.

- You already designed and managed complex HR projects, and thanks to your seniority, you are able to understand, describe and build complex analysis.

- You expect to deliver a professional expertise and you want to live a diversified daily journey.

- Within your previous organizations, you have been designated as leader because you drive the career path of your co workers and you care about their well being and growth. 

You will need

• a Master's degree in HR/ Organization

• an Experience in four of the following topics, at least: Change management/ HRIS/ HR Business processes/ Operating model/ Master plan

• Minimum 6 years experience in HR business and consultancy

• a good English Level 

 

It would be nice if

• you speak French or Dutch

• you have a first experience as a managers experience in HR business and consultancy

• you have an hobby involving community management 

 

Where you will be located

Adessa offers a flexible environment in which anyone can work from many different locations in Europe. For this specific position, we recommend you live in Belgium to be able to meet with your team.
You can choose to work from home and/or from our offices in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, the Netherlands… We expand in Europe fast so, please, don’t bother too much about the location when you apply. We can talk about it during your first interview.
