The company , Digital Agency in Brussels is for a “Head Of Digital Media” in order to manage a department, manage a team, manage customers and generate leads of quality for his clients.

- You manage and develop the Digital Performance Media Department - - With your team, you’ll manage and improve Lead Acquisition campaigns for our clients on several channels like Google Ads through Search, Display but also Video campaigns, Facebook Ads, Affiliate, Remarketing campaigns…;
- You analyse the data’s, the traffic, the audiences but especially the performances and the acquisition costs;
- You review all campaigns regularly, provide optimizations where necessary in order to increase the performance and respect the acquisition costs;
- You provide detailed statistical reports & discuss optimization possibilities with your team and the board;
- You actively dialogue with your team, the other departments, the board, our other companies, your customers and plan pro-actively the necessary conversations;
- You manage the budgets, you support the business development team, provide assistance and response in the context of request for proposals. Selling your expertise doesn’t scare you.
- You are curious, you stay tuned and pro-actively test the newest digital technologies and keep an eye on new opportunities for our clients.

- You have a good knowledge of the digital sphere and its actors and evolve in this sector for at least 10 years;
- Having a degree in Marketing or Communication is an asset;
- You have a previous hands-on experience setting-up lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook ads in an agency or for an advertiser;
- You have a proven track record managing Google and Facebook Ads lead generation campaigns, from concept to ROI analysis;
- Experience in managing affiliate campaigns is a serious asset.
- Beside Google Ads you also have a knowledge of online advertising through Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Retargeting, Programmatic …- - You master tools such as Google Analytics;
- You communicate efficiently in French and Dutch and because we you’ll manage international customers, you have a very good level of English;
- You are well organized, rigorous, autonomous, pro-active and flexible;
- You have strong analysis and communication skills;
- You are at ease using Excel and more globally the Microsoft Office Suite;
