We are actively seeking a ServiceNow Functional Analyst for one of our clients in the transport sector. Having strong expertise in IT Asset Management is a must.

Your main tasks will be based on the implementation of IT Asset management process & functionality. This involves the migration requirements from legacy IT asset management tool to ServiceNow (Software and Hardware Asset management).

Your main responsibilities :

• Leading process definition based on ITIL and ServiceNow best practices and standards for IT Asset management processes (including integrations to other processes like IT service request fulfilment)
• Capturing user requirements
• Creating roadmap for IT Asset Management in concertation with stakeholders and assuring UAT has been done and has been signed off by the stakeholders
• Supporting creation of user stories for process implementation as well as supporting users in user acceptance testing and roll-out
• Supporting technical consultants in configuration & development
• Propose ServiceNow features that can be leveraged to improve the support to IT Asset management within the organisation

Profile :

• Experience in various ServiceNow components
• Strong Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service
• Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform to a non IT audience.
• Experience working in a large government or corporate enterprise environment.
