We are actively looking for a Functional Analyst salesforce for one of our clients in the Energy sector. Your main task will be to manage corrective and evolutive maintenance on the current deployed applications and work on the current projects using the same applications but for other business.

In big words what does it consist in ?

• Interacting with our projects & maintenance teams.
• Being involved on applications at first on Salesforce to follow or test changes
• The mission will be done in Time & Materials in our offices, or in Homeworking (2 days per week - outside covid periods).

What are your responsibilities ?

• You will provide support on Salesforce FSL/service cloud solution
• You will solve incidents and problems on the deployed applications
• You will define use/configure and test cases and user stories in collaboration with the business analyst
• You will support Business during User Acceptance Tests
• You will manage Sanity checks after the deployment in Production of a release
