• You capture the customer's requirements, formalize them, ensure the implementation of the IT solution with the agreed quality, measure the level of customer satisfaction and propose the appropriate corrective actions;
• You assist the client in formulating his needs. You take care to identify its requirements, in particular by means of interviews, participant observation, study of documents and procedures, lists of events;
• You specify customer requirements through diagrams and dictionaries, natural language statements, prototypes, scenarios or drafts of user manuals;
• You participate actively in projects, in the role of project manager or functional analyst;
• You consolidate the workload estimates in man-days, linked to software adaptations and developments;
• You make sure to create, maintain and review operational documentation (procedures, etc.) to ensure a smooth and continuous implementation of services;
• You plan and control the deliveries of these adaptations and software developments;
• You carry out the quality control of the solutions and their conformity to the customer's needs.

• Higher education or university degree with financial or economics or ICT orientation 
• You have some years of experience in a similar function;
• You are able to understand business needs, analyze them and translate them into software requirements;
• You are able to supervise on the technical and operational level the developments carried out in Web or Client Server environments;
• You are experienced in relational databases (data modeling, SQL language, etc.);
• Knowledge of the Prince2 project management methodology is a real asset;
• Knowledge of paperless invoice applications is a plus.
• You have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite and of Excel in particular;
• You have experience in ERP type development environments;
• You are fluent in French and or Dutch with good technical English level.
