For our client based in Brussels we are looking for a functional analyst with good organizational skills and who knows how to motivate and lead the team members.

Contexte/context:

• Close collaboration between business & ICT in an agile project mode.
• Support from an agile coach and service delivery manager.
• Working in sprints of 10 working days (tuesday to tuesday).
• Daily standup to explain status of tasks to the team.
• Organize and animate demos with business to set up short feedback loops.
• Proactivity and sense of responsibility are hugely important.

Responsibilities:

• The main task is the analysis of user stories regarding the services of the mobile app, taking into account the requested functionalities of the business.
• Organize and lead all agile ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, demos, story-mapping, ...) and to manage the team with an eye on qualitative and timely delivery of the project within the agreements and budgets made.
• Assisting the tester in carrying out functional tests to validate the developed software.
• Assisting the developers in developing the software.

Profile:

• Experience with mobile app.
• Experience in working in an agile environment and scrum team.
• Experience in analysis for test-driven development.
• Knowledge of outsystems is a plus.

Location: 1 day per week Schaarbeek (Brussels), 4 days per week homeworking
