You will consult with Finance and IT stakeholders to define vision, strategy and roadmaps for Data and Analytics solutions. You will gather requirements and lead the design and end-to-end delivery of solutions on leading platforms such as S/4 HANA, Central Finance, Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will be responsible for your project team and the delivery of impactful Finance transformation enabled by data & technology.

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding client priorities and requirements, assessing issues and pain points, and developing strategic options and scenarios in the scope of Finance data & analytics
• Translating complex client requirements into recommendations for appropriate solutions and products
• Acting as an SME, demonstrating an understanding of some of the best in class Data Management, Analytics and Cloud tools and sharing this knowledge with our clients and internal teams
• Managing the delivery of innovative Data & Analytics solutions and products utilising a range of technologies
• Establishing effective working relationships with clients as part of the project delivery role and advising them using your knowledge of the industry that they operate in 
• Performing practice development including contributing to client bids, thought leadership pieces, industry events, supporting the delivery of training or managing team communications
• Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.

You will demonstrate:

• Experience managing diverse teams and coaching/mentoring junior talent
• Experience of implementing Data, Reporting & Analytical solutions such as visualization tools, data warehousing, analytics, and data lakes for the Finance function.
• Proven Experience as a Solution Architect for solutions based on SAP S4/HANA, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlikview, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, Oracle BI, Tagetik or similar technologies
• Experience with data management & data integration technologies such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Data Management, SQL Server or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise data models, data sources, business dimensions and key performance indicators
• Ability to translate and present technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear, concise, appropriate manner 
• Ability to translate business vision and strategy into technology recommendations and roadmaps
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Ability to partner with a client to drive long term change through transformation
• Effective cross-functional project management skills, with experience of working with geographically dispersed teams and clients
• Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA is advantageous

Location: Your home office will be London, but this client-facing role provides lots of opportunity for travel in the UK and overseas.
