ERP Business Analyst

Very much in the spirit of delaware, your entrepreneurial mindset is what sets you apart. You don’t wait for things to happen, but you go out and make them happen. If you have questions, you don’t hesitate to ask them.

Your eagerness to learn drives you on as you continuously seek to improve yourself. You love to find out all about a company’s internal processes and programs. Learning on the job is something that excites you.

Who are we?

Behind every great consultant stands a strong support team! The number of consultants at delaware is rising, and we – the internal IT team – want to continue to provide them with the best IT services. We believe that the end user experience is a key element to any IT solution, and want to support our colleagues in using top-notch ERP tools.

In a company that delivers IT consulting services, we have to make sure that our people can rely on strong ERP tools. That’s why we’re looking for an ERP Business Analyst to assist in using those tools in the most efficient way.

You’ll soon become a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the many stakeholders in our company. delaware is present in 14 countries and has Belgian offices in Ghent, Antwerp, Kortrijk, Lummen, Wavre and Liège, but IT meetings mostly take place in the Kortrijk office, when not organized remotely via Teams or Zoom.

What will you be doing?

As an ERP Business analyst, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our ERP landscape. It’ll allow you to translate functional requirements into cross-application processes.

You’re responsible to organize the support of these applications and act as an escalation point. When needed you’ll contact application experts or the vendor. Furthermore, you’ll be explaining and training the process to local counterparts in the different delaware entities. For that, you’ll create and maintain application process documentation.

You have a creative mindset to translate ideas from different stakeholders into process improvements and discuss with the process owner.

Once the improvement has been decided, you’ll also be in charge to work it out in detail.

Release management & regression testing also fall under your scope.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

  • have around 3 years of experience working with ERP tools. Don’t have the experience, but you’re eager to learn on the job? That’s fine as well!

  • have strong analytical skills and see the broader picture!

  • are proactive and entrepreneurial. You love to grab the bull by the horns and get stuck in!

  • are communicative.

  • have good English skills, both spoken and written. Dutch and French are nice to have.

…then you may be the ERP Business Analyst we’re looking for!
