Our client is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant Technology, who'll advise and assist clients in epitomizing their Finance function with a strong focus on technology. You'll be involved in various projects to provide tailor-made, creative and pragmatic solutions to address complex problems.

Description

As a digital transformation consultant your key responsibilities will be:

• Analyzing the business needs of different clients and translating them into the right technology solutions.

• Bridging the gap between IT and business using analytics and (intelligent) automation tools to assess processes, define requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Demonstrating a keen interest in CFOs' agendas and how they're impacted by current trends in technology and the global economy.

• Being part of a great team delivering various projects end-to-end, including technical implementation covering different use cases (in Finance and beyond) using modern, cloud-based solutions.

• Analyzing the wider implications of technological changes in Finance on processes, people and organization.

• Developing Finance models in a variety of areas including costing, planning, budgeting and forecasting.

As a digital transformation consultant you should have most of the following competences:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science and at least three years of experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English.

• Willingness to take ownership (i.e. key project deliverables or day-to-day tasks in your current role).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Experience in (cloud-based) CPM solutions, BI/analytics, robotics or AI solutions.

• Working knowledge or relevant project experience in one of the following areas: accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

• Exposure to improvement initiatives related to finance processes, systems, organization, working capital, cash flow, cost reduction, etc. is an asset
