Mission

We are looking for a Process Specialist to join the CWS' Wholesale Process Automation Team, more specifically within the Digital, Data & Process team that has the objective the automation of processes and digitalization of interactions with Wholesale customers

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You focus on automating the CWS process flows via API & GUI and you are in direct contact with our customers to include their needs in the CWS internal requirements. You form the bridge between the customer, the CWS department and IT.
  • As a Process Specialist you manage the processes E2E and to convert the needs of the customers and internal teams into clear requirements. Following the requirements, you ensure that the proposed solution delivered meets expectations. You ensure that communication on the delivered solution is done to internal and external stakeholders for a qualitative and " first time right " delivery.
  • In addition, analysis within projects and the impact they (can) have on the wholesale processes is an equally important aspect of the process specialist's tasks.
  • Participate in the Digital roadmap implementation by taking the lead end 2 on digital projects.
  • Communication both within the team and with other stakeholders is equally important, as well as consultation with colleagues who are directly or indirectly impacted. You report these impacts within the projects.
  • Working in a team and successfully carrying out the various tasks require a 'can do' spirit, open mind and taking up your responsibilities.

As a suitable candidate, you have:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of the telco market and products is a plus.
  • An experience in process automation.
  • A passion for change and transformation.
  • A can-do mentality.
  • The ability to work efficiently and independently, challenge the status quo and think out-of-the box. You succeed in translating and implementing innovative ideas into concrete actions.
  • A talent for pro-activity and entrepreneurship.
  • A curious, analytical and critical mind.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a continuous drive and resilience to get things done.
  • Sufficient relativity to deal with ambiguity.
  • A talent for presenting complex, detailed problems in concise summaries that contain all the elements necessary to arrive at the right actions or conclusions and the know-how to communicate this in the right way.
  • Strong qualities to convince others and bring them into your story.
  • A customer-oriented attitude.
  • A positive mindset and a healthy dose of humor.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
