DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER (FR/EN) - BRUSSELS - CDI

Our client is a nice (famous) scale-up company based in Brussels. It has raised $1.4m in seed funding in 2015 and now the company is looking to build out team with talented and passionate people.Your role is to promote and help grow the  businesses, in Belgium and internationally - Priority Markets being France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain & Latin America.
You will be responsible for paid and performance-based campaigns' strategies for traffic generation, lead generation, client acquisition and customer retention.
Marketing channels to leverage include: Google (SEA/GDN/SEO), Social Media (Facebook ads, Instagram ads, LinkedIn ads), Affiliate Marketing, Link-building Directories, Retargeting.
 Your missions include:
- Analysis of market and competitive landscape dynamics to scope potential new acquisition channels
- Strategy creation and implementation
- Tracking for all digital activities, including UTM tracking, GDN tracking and tagging, using various tools - ex: Google Analytics, Google Data Studios
- Budget Management
- Monitoring
- Optimisation
- Analysis of the campaigns’ performance results and ROI
- Reporting to the CMO & CEO to give insights and recommendations on campaign

You will report to the CMO  and in order to achieve your mission
successfully you will:
- Manage the communication coordinator for digital performance campaigns
- Manage external agencies or consultants executing some campaigns (some channels, some countries)
- Work closely with the Product Owner to coordinate email campaigns and implement website’s tracking and landing pages necessary to the achievement of the campaign- Full time position: 5 days a week, 38h a week
