Digital Marketeer

Job Description 

  • You work with A-level brands and companies both in a B2B and B2C context, divided over multiple verticals. You work on both growth marketing programs and digital campaigns on a national and international level.
  • As a senior digital marketer, you often take a lead position on managing the digital marketing for our customers. Also, you have a coaching role towards the other marketers that work on your customers.
  • You work in a multidisciplinary team together with conceptual creatives, digital strategists and data experts. On a regular basis, you will work together with our sales people to participate in pitches for new accounts.

Profile

  • Has +3 years of experience in a digital marketing position with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Has ample hands-on experience with setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in paid search, display & video and social.
  • Has a strategic mindset, being able to translate business / campaign objectives into tailor made campaign strategies.
  • Has a good understanding of how web technology works, especially in the context of live testing, analytics and search engine optimization.
  • Has a coaching mentality, being able to motivate teams to deliver outstanding work for our customers.
  • Has good communication skills, not afraid of presenting digital strategies and performance results to board level in a comprehensible way.
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English, French is definitely a plus.
  • Experience with DV360 & SA360 and CDP/DMP solutions is welcomed.
