DevOps Engineers

Main tasks:

  • Performing daily checks based on written procedures
  • Working in project activities for in-house development
  • Handling Tickets assigned to the Infra Service Desk by the different support groups
  • Manage accesses to file shares, mailboxes, response groups, …
  • Maintain Service quality levels, overseeing diverse and complex customer service events that require drive and focus to resolve.
  • Manage incidents, problems and changes to the service efficiently and effectively following the agreed and documented processes.
  • Maintain system documentation. support procedures and rota/cover arrangements with actively managed preventative upgrade cycles.
  • License server management
  • Microsoft App-V management

Working Conditions:

  • Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 07h00 and 20h00 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed.

Required qualifications :

  • Service and proactive Minded
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and French
  • Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft C# and Microsoft .NET
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft App-V is an asset
  • Hands-on experience of Skype for Business 2015/2019 is an asset
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft Exchange 2016 is an asset
  • Experience with MS Powershell v3.0 and v4.0
  • Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
  • Experience with European Commission is an asset
  • ITIL V4 foundation certification is an asset
  • Ability to troubleshoot in complex environments and quickly identify root cause

Desired qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications, including MSCE, etc.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft C# and Microsoft .NET
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle
  • Microsoft App-V 5.0 experience
  • Previous experience with Mobile Device Management solutions
  • Experience with Skype Online and/or Microsoft Teams is a plus
  • Excellent written & verbal skills EU languages
  • Attention to detail
  • College degree or 5+ years’ experience in complex IT environments
