Data Analytics Manager

Within GHR, the new operating model identifies HR analytics as an important catalyst for achieving our strategic objectives. The intention is to combine the multitude of HR data that we have available with relevant business and external data and to analyze and process this in order to achieve better insights. Based on those insights, we will be able to make more informed decisions, anticipate / avoid problems or optimize processes. These trends, analyses, information and forecasts will have a relevant impact for GHR colleagues, the senior management of the different business units, the team leaders and also individual employees.

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the (HR) data in the various applications we have available and ensuring its quality.
  • Creating, following up and rolling out an HR data roadmap, to implement data solutions based on correct prioritization and technical possibilities that have a real impact on decision-making at Proximus.
  • Improving the data literacy of HR colleagues, by increasing functional skills around data as well as the reflex to use data to support HR decisions based on the right actions, inspiration, motivation and concrete support.
  • The role of Analytics Translator for GHR, where you can translate the data needs of the different HR expertises into advanced analytics use cases through a passionate knowledge of the HR domain and ensure the correct implementation and roll-out of these data solutions.
  • Ensuring correct infrastructure and tooling to meet all reporting, dashboarding, analysis and advanced analytics needs and to ensure that the right user experience is guaranteed to the end user of the reports, dashboards and analyses. All this in close collaboration with HR reporting, HR systems, IT and external partners.
  • Following the legal provisions related to the handling of personal data (GDPR), as well as closely monitoring the ethical aspect related to the use of HR data to support (business) decisions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic colleague:

  • With relevant experience in the field of data analysis, advanced analytics or affinity for people analytics. Mastering HR content / specific domains is a plus.
  • With strong analytical skills and strong communication skills to convince stakeholders at all levels and create impact.

  • Good command of both national languages (FR/NL) (knowledge of ENG is a plus).
