The Job

• You will be the first contact for the users.
• You will provide support for the users.
• You will locate the source of the issue to find the best solution for the users.
• You will deploy new systems.
• You will manage users by phone.

The Profile

• 3 years of experience in Support.
• Fluency in French and Dutch.
• You are curious, patient and proactive.
• Strong knowledge in Windows, Azure and Active Directory.
• Ability to interact with technical and non-technical users at different level.
