For one of our clients based in Brussels, we are looking for a Citrix Application Engineer.

Mission:

• You will be joining the Application support team of our client.
• This team is responsible for the installation, support, and monitoring of +150 applications used worldwide. You will be personally responsible for the technical support of a bunch of applications, using various technologies.

Deliverables:

• Monitoring of the assigned requests, and implementing the corrective actions.
• Deployment of application releases.
• Solving application technical incidents installation and configuration of new applications technical involvement in new projects.

Profile:

• You speak French or Dutch and English.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You want to learn every day.
• You are proactive.
• You have experience with Citrix and Windows Server Management.
• You have a good network knowledge: TCP/IP, load balancers, certificates, firewalls.
