Business/Functional Analyst

• As a pivotal link between clients and technical delivery teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping project success
• Begin by understanding business requirements through qualitative and quantitative assessments, engaging in workshops, and focus groups
• Your adept translation of these requirements into comprehensive functional specifications will guide our technical teams
• Estimate delivery times for requirement deliverables and nurture strong relationships with clients, development teams, and project managers
• Contribute to project management plans, addressing requirements strategies, risks, constraints, assumptions, and timelines

Profile

• Your educational background should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related technical field, complemented by at least 2 years of professional experience
• Profile
• Your profile aligns with a fervent interest in IT and familiarity with modern methodologies such as UML, BPMN, Agile Development, and Scrum
• Understanding of project management methodologies like Prince2, PMI, and Scrum is advantageous
• Your outstanding communication and presentation skills, analytical prowess, and proactive team-player attitude take precedence
• Language requirements: Fluent proficiency in both Dutch (spoken and written) and English is essential - French is a plus
