Business Process Manager

We are looking for a Business Process Manager  for a  new position that will improve processes as well as perform Business Analysis and Functional Analysis. 


1.Process Management

- Optimize and introduce quality structures from the project management side 

- Take the lead on quality management initiatives throughout the organization (including on macro level of projects) 

2. Business analysis 

- Business analysis of relevant healthcare segments 

- Extract business info from meetings with stakeholders, from literature, from consultations (internally together with the business responsible and the software liaison and externally) 

- Developing a solution for improving flows, and more specifically with respect to electronic prescriptions 

3. Functional analysis 

- Analyze business processes and model them in functionalities 

- Documenting the functions used 

- Complete documentation of existing system (together with developer who will clarify the code and other IT specialists)  

- Functional tests: create test scenarios, execute them and follow them up 

4. General 

- Proposals of optimizations and simplifications with available info in the context of the evolution of the digital tool 

Technical expertise : 

- Quality management (improving processes) 

- Business analysis techniques (process flows and information flows) 

- Functional analysis with starting point from business analysis

- Describing use cases 

- Functional testing   

- Documenting business info 

- Documenting systems  

- Knowledge of and practical experience with FHIR 

- Experience as a developer is a plus 

Domain expertise :

- Process management and quality management 

- Knowledge of project management methodology (PRINCE 2, ...)

- Experience in the healthcare  sector is a plus


- Dutch  or French

- Documentation in English and good understanding of English
