For our client WHISE , we are looking for a "Business Developer" who will be primarily responsible for engaging with prospects in France to turn them into happy customers.
Your mission: you will find leads, drive sales and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and successfully onboard new customers.

You will report to and work closely with the Country Manager France.

  • High level of activity (calling, emailing, linkedin, Facebook, networking) to identify new potential leads.
  • Take over the qualified prospects and drive online demos with the prospects.
  • Successfully on-board customers and follow up on them.
  • Take responsibility for the daily management of the Sales CRM across their clients.
  • Document and track opportunity progress in the CRM, whereby you keep detailed notes on prospect interactions and provide forecasts over relevant time periods.
  • Understand the business and the buying cycle of leads.
  • Understand WHISE’s business value and product vision. Understand their customer profiles and their specific challenges and needs
  • Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends.
  • During all the sales cycle, you will proactively share ideas and best practices with a continuous focus on improvement and finding new and better ways to contribute to the on -going growth and success of WHISE in France

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, at least 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales(ideally in SaaS) and work autonomously. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll be interacting closely with  clients and, with other colleagues across different departments.

Qualifications : 

  • A master’s degree from a well ranked Business School University or equivalent
  • You have at least 3+ years of working experience in Sales with a “Hunter” profile ideally within the SaaS industry
  • You have a can-do attitude
  • You are comfortable working with sales targets and know how to plan your sales funnel in order to improve your performance
  • You are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
  • You are a team player and eager to learn
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Open to travel to France 20-30% of the time

You will report to and work closely with the Country Manager France.
