Our client is Belgian Leader in Real Estate CRM platform and they  are looking for a Business Analyst   

As Business Analyst you will join the development team.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Be in charge of requirements for the product for the following points:
  • contribute to the geographical growth of the company by being directly in contact with country managers. Your mission will be to understand their needs and plan them with the product manager. Once planned, your mission will be to transfer all details to the product owners, who will technically prepare the development.
  • contribute to the increase of the quality of the product by guaranteeing the veracity of all tickets reported by other teams to the development team. Once guaranteed, these tickets will be handled by the product owners.
• Assist the client in the alignment of their business goals with the best possible IT solution to achieve them:
  • You will support the client in the definition of their issues and needs in the most formal and qualitative ways.
  • Actively participate in the analysis (Business and Process)
  • Validate the analysis made by the PO
  • Validate the alignment between the business demands and the solution that will be offered to the client.
  • Oversee and coordinate the tests
  • Oversee and coordinate the change management track

Qualifications for the Business Analyst

• You have a master’s degree. An MBA is a plus.
• You have first experience in producing high quality deliverables as IT Business Analyst.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of English
• You have ambition and potential to learn and grow
• You are a strong verbal and written communicator. Communication is a key skill, self-confidence is an expected quality
• You are stress resistant and able to take different assignments.
• You are interested in Agile Project Management methodologies; some experience is a plus.
