For one of my clients based in Brussels I am looking for a senior business analyst. Our client will offer you a position where you will have a real impact on the IT department and where your ideas are valued and enhance.

The job:

• A business analyst identifies, analyzes and validates business requirements and translates those needs into actionable specification for the development team.
• He builds data models, models data and business processes, and develops a solution that provides usable specifications for developers and testers.
• This business analyst performs his duties within a scrum team.

The tasks:

• Creates and does maintenance of user stories according to scrum project execution.
• Creates conclusive acceptance criteria.
• Helps testers prioritize test cases.
• Builds models (class diagram, screen mockups, process modeling, etc.) using tools.

The profile: 

• Agile (5 years). 
• Experience with Microsoft azure devops or equivalent tool (e.g. Jira).
• Experience with UML modeling tool preferably Sparx enterprise architect.
• Communicative.
• Team player.
• Problem solving thinking.
• Language Skills: Dutch or French.
