- You will be end-to-end responsible for managing existing solutions and the implementation of new solutions to improve the performance, stability, coherence, life cycle and user-friendliness of the assigned portfolio of applications (including in-house developed applications) , external software packages, IT services, reports, SAP modules, etc ...;
- You will perform functional analysis, translating functional needs into specifications and solutions, in line with the (ICT) strategy, and you will perform Application portfolio management;
- You will translate the functional needs into user stories and solutions, you will provide functional support with regard to the application portfolio;
- You will provide Project support : you will participate in projects to change or implement applications regarding the construction, renovation, purchase or sale, the rental of residential and commercial concessions and all aspects of the management of all buildings and sites of our client;
- You will contribute to the development of test scenarios, functional testing and data cleaning;
- You will act as a point of contact for multiple applications and you will assist in the determination on how the applications should evolve;
- You will coordinate with users, suppliers and other stakeholders to draw up and manage the necessary roadmaps, you will coordinate and analyze in the context of problems that arise with the concerning applications;
- You will document the solutions and you will keep the information up to date
- You will coach and support other team members;
- You will collaborate with offshore colleagues who are responsible for the development of some applications.
- You have a Master's degree or you are equivalent through relevant professional experience, giving you a broad technical knowledge;
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position : Application Owner, Functional Analyst, Business Analyst etc …
- You have knowledge of various analysis techniques : use cases, drafting scenarios, ...;
- You have knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodology and software delivery lifecycle;
- Having knowledge of real estate management applications is a plus;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are methodical, accurate and you have an eye for detail, you are proactive, highly problem-solving and practical, and you are well organized;
- You are fluent in Dutch or French, preferably both in Dutch and French. You are Fluent in English.
