Account Manager Digitalization Projects

Our client’s mission for the coming years is to use the digital tools that are available as optimally as possible and to develop new ones.

  • You will realize digital objectives within and across different departments;
  • You will work together with a network of employees within the business to collect and implement ideas, you will capture ideas from our client’s business and you will inform you about the industry's best practices;
  • You will budget and prioritize ideas with the management and the local IT department, in good partnership en coordination with the Business Relationship Partners;
  • You will explain relevant digitization platforms that will be supported in the future;
  • You will explain security initiatives based on input from CISO;
  • You will communicate the IT vision, procedures, policies and governance in connection with digitization for departments assigned to you;
  • You will evaluate existing Business Managed IT and formulate improvement and digitization proposals;
  • You will implement the joint digital objectives;
  • You will apply the predetermined governance consistently and you will propagate this to the business;
  • You will operate as the IT SPOC for all Business Managed IT within the departments assigned to you.
  • You are a Master in Computer Sciences, Master in Economics, Master in Commercial Engineering, MBA, .. or you have Bachelor’s degree  with proven relevant experience;
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
  • You have proven experience in leading digitization projects that lead to tangible results;
  • Having experience in one or more of the following domains is a plus : digital strategy, mobile applications, digital analytics, digital process improvement, content services, …;
  • Having operational knowledge of new technologies is a plus, such as blockchain, IoT, A.I. and VR, ... and you are prepared to follow up on new evolutions;
  • Being familiar with the following tooling is a plus : digital platforms, PowerBI, Office 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, ...), ServiceNow, ...
  • You have experience in relationship management and leadership;
  • You have strong developed diplomatic skills;
  • You have knowledge of Organizational Change Management (ADKAR), having experience is a plus;
  • Having knowledge of Community Management and networking is a plus;
  • Having Project Management experience and knowledge of PM methodologies (PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2) is a plus;
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English both orally and in writing.
