Role:

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining your own customer portfolio. For these customers you are the point of contact for all communication, solving their problems, contract management, ... In other words, you are their rock!
• You are continuously discovering new opportunities in the market. You are not afraid to take new initiatives.
• You live for the search for the right software solution for your customer or prospect! You always involve your technical colleagues in this process to arrive at the unique total solution tailored to the customer.
• You take the initiative to continuously improve and refine the sales process.

• As account manager you take ownership and responsibility for the sales process from A to Z. For this you have to communicate clearly at different levels within organisations!

Profile:

• Sales experience within the ICT domain: services, consultancy, new development, innovation...
• Communication skills are crucial in our teamwork. We share our knowledge and experience in both Dutch and English.
• You have excellent writing skills. The preparation of quotations and tenders should not pose any problem for you.
• Do you have experience with project management for software and can you talk about Agile? Then that is a big plus!
• You have a nose for quality and innovation and you keep going until you have found the perfect solution for the customer.
• You are a motivated team player who works result-driven, and you have a proactive mindset.
• You are passionate about everything that has to do with ICT & software.

• Experience or interest in cloud platform such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, MS Azure.
• You have experience with Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse concepts, or you are willing to delve into this.
